I really regret making a purchase from this seller.

I ordered something with clear instructions, emphasizing that the 2-week delivery time was crucial. Not only did it not show up on that date, but it also hadn’t even been shipped by then! To top it off, the seller tried to pin the blame on me!

I didn’t receive a complete refund, so I ended up losing money on shipping for an item I never even got, and the refund I did get was less than what I paid for the product. Plus, it took ages to process; I was misled about the return status, being told it hadn’t arrived yet. But I had proof that it was delivered back to the seller three weeks ago (???).

What a terrible experience as a consumer. Sram te bilo.

I mean, it would be alright if the item showed up when it was supposed to, but I ordered it on the 1st and it’s not arriving until the 7th. I even selected next day delivery at checkout! I called customer service, and they said it’s my fault since it clearly says 3-4 days. Fine, maybe I misunderstood. But then on the 3rd, I got an email from a guy named Martin saying it would arrive on the 4th. I waited all day, and guess what? Nothing came! Maybe I just can’t read, huh? Anyway, it’s the weekend now, so fingers crossed it shows up on Monday! Hope you’re having a good one!

UPDATE: Still no sign of my order, and now it’s the 9th. This has got to be a joke!

They came through for us on two occasions in a couple of days right before a live stream by letting us grab the gear directly. Fast, dependable, and super efficient.

I picked up the IDX ED-C95/2X 2x DUO-C95 along with a VL-2X Battery Kit from 3D Broadcast. They showed up right on time and are doing a great job powering my 5D2 and SmallHD monitor. Much appreciated!

This has got to be one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. They’re super eager to make a sale, but when issues arise, their after-sales support is just awful. I spent around £2,000 on equipment from them and was ready to drop another £20,000, but due to their poor service, I decided to go with ProAV instead, and they've been fantastic. It’s a real shame they don’t get that keeping customers satisfied means they’ll keep coming back, over and over.
